Job Description

•We are a Pyramid Model center - having experience in Pyramid Model is a huge plus!• We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This full-time position is ideal for an educator who loves working with 3-year-olds and is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Education Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program Has college level credits in ECE or plans to begin the ECE courseload Completed an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher
Key Responsibilities:
Confidently leads a classroom of 10 children independently Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards Design and maintain an engaging , organized , and safe classroom environment Develop and manage a consistent daily classroom schedule Foster strong, positive relationships with parents and families through ongoing communication and engagement Observe, document, and support each child's developmental progress
Qualifications:
