Responsibilities Participate in a structured, full-time early childhood education training program (40 hours/week) Assist in classroom activities and support the development of young children Learn and apply foundational concepts in child development, health, and safety Implement classroom management strategies and best practices in early learning settings Collaborate with mentors, coaches, and peers for continuous learning and growth Engage in one-on-one mentoring and professional development sessions Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to learning Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to support children, families, and team collaboration.
