Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and daily activities. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Support social-emotional development through positive guidance. Collaborate with center staff to implement school-wide programs and events. Follow state licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
