Full-Time Classroom Support/Float Teachers Have you ever thought about becoming an early childhood educator but weren't sure where to start? North Stonington's Early Learners is looking for two enthusiastic, dependable team members who want to make a difference in the lives of young children while building a career in early childhood education. This position is much more than a "float" position. You'll become an essential part of our teaching team, working alongside experienced educators throughout our program while gaining valuable hands-on experience in every age group. What You'll Do Support classrooms throughout the day. Cover teacher lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and scheduled time off. Assist with engaging children in learning and play. Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms. Work as part of a supportive team to ensure our program runs smoothly each day.
