Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated A.M. Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and foundational math skills for Preschool Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and social interaction among toddlers Engage children in hands-on activities that support motor skills, language acquisition, and emotional regulation Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to foster cooperation and respect Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns Maintain detailed records of daily activities, assessments, and individualized plans for each child to support early intervention if needed Requirements Prior experience working with toddlers in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is essential Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Proficiency in curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques Familiarity with literacy education, math fundamentals, physical education activities, and Montessori methods preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation when appropriate for early assessment purposes Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable Passion for working with children and a commitment to their welfare and overall development Join us in shaping the future by providing young children with a joyful learning experience that lays the foundation for lifelong success!
