We're looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team! This position's primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residential facility and vehicles, ensuring all living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on-call basis
Manage petty cash funds and other financial accounts, as well as the purchasing of groceries and supplies.

Experience accepted in lieu of education.
Minimum of three years of related work experience, with one year of supervisory or management experience. Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
May require CPR and First Aid certification.
Certifications & Licenses:
Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
State of Connecticut
- DDS Medication Certification Card or the ability to obtain
State of Connecticut - Valid driver's license, vehicle registration and current vehicle insurance declaration
MANDT certification may be required for certain states
