You'll set the tone for every first impression, guide prospects from initial interest to signed lease, and keep our occupancy numbers strong. Because that's when home-seekers are out looking, this position includes weekend and holiday availability. Responsibilities Greet every prospect with genuine warmth and take time to understand what they're looking for in their next home Lead engaging property tours that spotlight available units and community amenities Manage the leasing process end-to-end — applications, reference checks, and closing the lease Monitor local market conditions and competitor pricing to keep our community positioned competitively Serve as a responsive, reliable point of contact for current residents, strengthening retention through great service Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Yardi or a comparable CRM to keep the pipeline moving What You'll Bring 3-5 years in leasing, hospitality, or sales, with a track record of hitting or beating targets Familiarity with the property management/real estate industry; market-rate leasing experience a plus Lease Up Experience Required Yardi Experience Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Upbeat, personable, and genuinely motivated to help people find a place to call home Apply today for immediate consideration!
