We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children thrive. Early Childhood Education Teacher Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Delaware Early Learning Foundations (ELFs). Maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and assess children's development. Build positive relationships with children and families. Supervise assistant teachers and classroom volunteers. Maintain compliance with Delaware OCCL regulations and center policies. Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
