Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with Degree, to join our team in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the developmental needs of children. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and implementing effective behavior management strategies while ensuring the well-being of each child. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing techniques that support positive child welfare. Provide individualized support to children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Conduct assessments and standardized testing as necessary to monitor student growth. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and share resources. Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment by adhering to childcare regulations. Requirements Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience in special education or tutoring is a plus. Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is desirable. Ability to create engaging learning experiences that promote literacy education and math skills. Previous experience teaching physical education or implementing health-related activities is beneficial.
