Overview:

We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
• Incorporate special education strategies for students with diverse learning needs
• Foster a love for learning through engaging activities in math, language arts, science, and social studies
• Prepare students for standardized testing as required

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
• Familiarity with preschool curriculum and teaching methods
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques
