We are currently looking to fill teaching roles in our infant program as well as a floater teacher who can work with all ages. Must have a minimum of Assistant Teacher Certification . We serve infants through 5 year old children.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Implementation of the pre-planned daily program Makes ongoing, systematic observations and evaluations of each child. Supervises the children, classroom, and all activities. Proper sanitation of classroom in accordance with OCCL Maintains positive relationships and effective communication with parents. Ability to plan, lead and participate in activities. Complete & maintain documentation as needed, turn in required paperwork on time including but not limited to sign in/out sheets, absent tracking sheets, behavior forms, etc. Keep accurate attendance at all times and be accountable for each child at the site. Maintain a positive relationship with school personnel and parents. Provide information to parents, participants in a timely manner. Ensure appropriate staff to child ratios are maintained. Summary As an Early Childhood Teacher or Assistant, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Reporting to the Lead Teacher, your role encompasses classroom management, lesson planning, and direct interaction with students to support their development. Your core skills in early childhood education and communication will be essential in creating a positive atmosphere. Additionally, your premium skills in curriculum development and behavior management will enhance the educational experience, while relevant skills in daycare and tutoring will further enrich the learning journey for each child.
