The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their overall development and learning. This position requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles, classroom management skills, and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Provide individualized attention to children with special education needs or different learning styles. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns regarding development or behavior. Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development milestones. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for all students. Qualifications Experience in preschool or daycare settings is preferred, with a strong background in childhood development. Knowledge of toddler care practices and effective classroom management techniques. Previous experience working with children, including babysitting or special education roles, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
