We offer flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office, and enjoy working with children and families. Job Responsibilities Greet patients and families in a friendly and professional manner Check patients in and out for appointments Collect patient co-payments, balances, and other payments Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Copy, scan, and process medical records and other documents Maintain accurate patient information and assist with general front-office duties Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy medical office Previous EMR/EHR experience preferred Previous medical office or healthcare experience is a plus About Nadal Pediatrics Nadal Pediatrics is a family-focused pediatric group practice with two board-certified physicians, three nurse practitioners, and one physician assistant .
