Role:

Providence Children's Academy in Coconut Creek, FL is looking for a passionate and nurturing Lead 3-Year-Old Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans for 3-year-old students Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and milestones Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student growth and classroom activities Lead and supervise assistant teachers and classroom aides Facilitate social-emotional learning, early literacy, and foundational math skills through play-based instruction Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom in accordance with state childcare regulations

Requirements:

Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) or CDA Prior experience in a lead preschool or early childhood classroom setting Current DCF 45-hour training CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain upon hire Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
