Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care activities Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Monitor and support children's behavior management through positive reinforcement techniques Provide first aid when necessary and maintain a clean, organized classroom adhering to safety standard classrooms Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions smoothly Incorporate experience working with children with disabilities or special needs into daily activities to ensure inclusive care Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and behavioral observations Experience Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom setting is essential Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is highly preferred Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or behavior management are a plus Familiarity with classroom management techniques and caregiving responsibilities in early childhood environments Proven ability to work effectively with children who have diverse needs or disabilities Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, team members, and specialists Join us in creating joyful learning experiences that support every child's growth!
