This is an opportunity for a credentialed Montessori educator who wants to work in a beautiful, authentic Montessori environment with supportive leadership, strong classroom resources, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. What You'll Love About This Position Authentic Montessori environment Beautifully prepared and well-equipped classroom Supportive administrative and educational leadership Collaborative team of Montessori educators Opportunities for professional development and advancement Established, family-owned Montessori organization with multiple South Florida campuses [Paid holidays, PTO, tuition benefits] Your Role As the Toddler Lead Teacher, you will: Prepare and lead an authentic Montessori Toddler environment Provide respectful, responsive, and developmentally appropriate care Present Montessori lessons and support each child's growing independence Maintain a calm, beautiful, orderly, and engaging classroom Observe and document children's development and progress Establish consistent classroom routines and expectations Communicate warmly and professionally with families Collaborate with your classroom assistant, administration, and fellow guides Model Montessori philosophy and Grace and Courtesy in all interactions Required Qualifications Candidates must hold, or have completed the requirements for, one of the following: AMS Infant & Toddler Credential AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma MACTE-accredited Infant and Toddler credential Comparable recognized Montessori Infant/Toddler certification Additional requirements: Experience working with children from birth to age 3 Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and practice Warm, patient, dependable, and professional approach Strong communication and classroom leadership skills Ability to meet Florida DCF background-screening and training requirements CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it About New Generation Montessori New Generation Montessori is a family-owned organization serving children from infancy through Kindergarten across multiple South Florida campuses.
