Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support children's emotional development through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that adheres to health and safety standards Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately Assist with basic child development instruction, including preschool curriculum and early childhood education techniques Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid preferred Familiarity with special education practices and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle behavioral challenges effectively Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to pass background checks and adhere to all safety regulations and mandated reporting laws Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment Join us in providing exceptional care that supports children's development while building rewarding relationships.
