Job Description

Overview:
Dade Christian Church, a ministry of New Testament Baptist Church, is growing. Join our team for the 26/27 school year, as a Preschool Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young learners. We are seeking dedicated individuals who have a passion for teaching and nurturing preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Conduct activities that promote physical, mental, and social development
  • Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback to parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
Experience:
  • Classroom management skills to create an organized and engaging learning environment.
  • Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Experience working with young children in daycare or toddler care settings.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development principles to design engaging lesson plans.
