Applicants must have the required DCF 45 hours (CDA is a plus)

Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for preschool-aged children
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Develop lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and physical education
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Experience:

• Previous experience working with young children in a tutoring, daycare, or similar setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children .
