Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Manage classroom activities and behavior to ensure a positive learning environment through effective behavior management strategies. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting; prior private school experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles including curriculum development, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children's families. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and Montessori methodologies. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; additional qualifications in special education or toddler care are advantageous. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and creating an inclusive environment that promotes learning through play.
