Ensure the health and safety of all children by adhering to first aid protocols and maintaining a clean classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the preschool program. Skills Strong background in caregiving or babysitting, with experience working with young children. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment. Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Experience in toddler care, understanding the unique needs of this age group. Certification in first aid is preferred to ensure child safety during school hours. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development in a preschool setting.
