The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Qualifications Required Must have completed and hold current Florida DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training credentials. CDA a plus Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in spoken and written English. Ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and fellow staff members. Must pass all required background screening and meet state licensing requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Procare childcare management software. Knowledge of or experience implementing the Frog Street curriculum. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Supervise children at all times and ensure their health and safety. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Personal Attributes Positive, friendly, and happy demeanor. Passion for working with young children. Schedule:
Full-Time / Part-Time Available (9:00-6:00) or (Until 6:00pm)
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
