Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to stimulate curiosity and growth. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and well-organized environment conducive to learning and play. Support children with special education needs through tailored interventions and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress and communicate developmental milestones. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to track student growth and inform instructional planning. Incorporate childcare best practices, including toddler care and classroom experience, to foster a nurturing environment for all age groups within early childhood settings. Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare environments is essential, with a strong emphasis on classroom management and lesson planning. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques. Experience in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and special education is highly desirable. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies that emphasize child-centered learning is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members. Background in private school settings or daycare centers enhances understanding of diverse educational environments. Proven ability to adapt teaching approaches for children with varying needs while maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
