As we move into our brand-new facility, we are expanding our mission to support families from the very beginning. Estamos buscando un/a "Changemaker"—a Spanish Immersion Lead Toddler Guide who is not only a master of the classroom but also a passionate Parent Educator. In addition to leading our 12-36 month immersion environment, you will help lead workshops for parents of newborns. Parent Training:

Facilitate workshops and "Parent & Child" classes in English and Spanish, building a bridge between the home and the Montessori environment.

Community Advocacy:

Act as a Child Development Specialist, helping families navigate milestones, bilingualism, and the "Prepared Environment." 2.

Maintain a high-fidelity space that serves as a model for our MACTE-accredited training cohorts. Ensure the classroom meets all Florida DCF health and safety regulations.

Documentation:

Monitor and record developmental benchmarks required for the School Readiness program. Qualifications |

Requisitos Required:

Spanish Language Mastery:

Native or near-native proficiency (100% immersion).

English Communication:

Ability to lead parent education classes and write professional reports in English.

DCF Training:

Completion of the 45-hour DCF Introductory Childcare Training (or the ability to complete it before the first day of school).

Staff Credential:

A valid National CDA, Florida Staff Credential (FCCPC)

Preferred:

Experience in Parent Education or hosting community workshops. 2+ years of experience working with the 12-36 month age group. MACTE-accredited Montessori Infant-Toddler Credential. A vibrant, welcoming personality with a "chispa" for community building.
