Click on How to Apply Team Lead Job description: We are looking to hire a qualified daycare/preschool/private school Team Lead to manage our day-to-day operations. Our Team Lead is responsible to establish and sustain a positive learning environment for children Infant - 2nd Grade.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work hand in hand with the Assistant Director and Director to ensure all aspect of our Preschool and Elementary school are being met Ensure that our facility is maintained and in compliance with state laws and regulations Communicate directly and effectively with parents and staff on a daily basis Maintain an organized supply rooms and ensure children development progress is being documented Be completely dependable and have excellent references Complete ongoing training and courses to remain up to date on daycare standards and procedures Train new teachers and ensure all requirements are being met including classroom procedures, emergency procedures, etc. Maintain and complete training documentation for existing and new teachers Conduct inspections including classrooms and playground daily

Requirements:

Must love working with children Must have experience in managing more than 10 employees Must be able to accurately review and complete paperwork to be filed and organized Be as energetic as you can possibly be on a daily basis Must have or immediately work on completing DCF 45 hours Must have or immediately work on completing Staff Credential/CDA Must have or immediately work on completing Director Credential Be willing to continue your childhood education to increase your ability to help our children and teachers Be able to manage and multitask on a daily basis Be willing to work extra hours to ensure our Center is up to compliance Be willing to continue learning new job tasks as required by our Center Be willing to always look in ways our team can improve and become the best in Lakeland Drivers license required to operate company vehicles.
