ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.BENEFITS

: Responsible for the day-to-day operation, supervision, and administration of the child care and development facility. Ensures compliance with Pinellas County License Board, The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas, The Office of Early Learning, Juvenile Welfare Board and all other contracting and governing bodies. Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of program quality assurance and quality improvement processes. Acts as a role model supervisor by maintaining the highest quality professional behavior in interactions with superiors, community, other staff and clients as well as adherence to superior documentation practices.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred. Degree in the Early Education/Development field preferred. Will consider associate's degree with 2 years' experience as a lead teacher or assistant director. 45 clock hours & CDA mandatory Directors' credentials Five years' experience with young children 0- 5 years old. Two years' experience as child care director
