Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential; familiarity with toddler care and private school environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques. Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields; Montessori training or experience is highly desirable. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs while maintaining a structured classroom environment.
