KinderCare is seeking Teachers at our Oakleaf KinderCare center to inspire young minds and support children's growth. In this on-site role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, foster a safe and nurturing classroom, and build positive relationships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development. Ensure constant supervision, safety, and well-being of children in the classroom and on center grounds. Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns. Maintain accurate records, attendance, and documentation in compliance with center and state regulations. Collaborate with coworkers and leadership to implement curriculum and center initiatives. Support children with routines, including meals, rest, and transitions throughout the day.
