We are looking for a reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our Pembroke Pines team. If you enjoy creating a positive, nurturing environment for children and want to grow your career in early childhood education, we would love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide attentive, loving, and consistent care to children throughout the day. Create a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment. Plan and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Follow all health, safety, supervision, and classroom ratio requirements. Maintain classroom cleanliness and sanitize toys and equipment daily. Communicate professionally and proactively with families regarding their child's day, progress, and developmental milestones. Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other team members to create a welcoming and positive school environment. Follow all required school and childcare safety procedures. What We're Looking For English is required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, punctual, positive, and flexible. Passion for working with young children. Ability to work in person in Pembroke Pines, FL . Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. Understanding of childcare health and safety practices. Ability to lift and carry children as required throughout the day. Florida DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training is preferred. CDA credential/certification is a plus, but not required. Candidates who are currently completing their DCF training are also encouraged to apply. Why Join Us?
