Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic CDA Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for early childhood education who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive and consistent care, including bottle feeding, diapering, and comforting infants, while adhering to individual feeding and sleep schedules. Create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, performing 15-minute sleep checks and strictly following all safety protocols (e.g., infants must sleep in cribs only). Engage infants in age-appropriate activities and sensory experiences that support developmental milestones. Maintain classroom ratios and strict health and safety standards, including daily sanitization of toys and equipment. Communicate proactively with families regarding their child's daily progress, intake, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with team members to ensure a warm, inclusive, and well-organized classroom experience. Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, punctual, and flexible. Ability to work in person at our Pembroke Pines, FL location. Certification in infant CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain). Solid understanding of safe sleep practices for infants. Physical ability to lift and carry infants throughout the day. 45 Hours DCF training certification is required CDA license or certification is required. Child care experience is preferred, but not required. What We Offer We are a multi-state network of preschools.
