Job Description
We are looking for a caring and motivated VPK Teacher who enjoys working with young children and creating a positive learning environment. This role focuses on preparing children for kindergarten through engaging activities that support early learning and development. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging learning activities for preschool children Support children's academic, social, and emotional development Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Communicate with families about student progress Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff Requirements CDA required VPK credentials preferred Experience working with young children is a plus Strong communication and classroom management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits Paid holidays after 3 months Paid time off (after 1 year) Teacher bonus based on performance Teacher bonus after one year Professional development assistance Referral program
