This position is for someone who enjoys working with children, has great class management skills and has a heart for teaching. You must at least have the required DCF 45 childcare training hours, but preferably a CDA. You will create and implement lesson plans that meet the standards and the needs of the children in your class. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of preschool children. Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment. Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Provide individualized support to children. Monitor and assess student development, ensuring adherence to early childhood education standards. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
