KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers to join our Walden Lake learning center, supporting children's growth through engaging, play-based learning. In this role, you will plan and lead age-appropriate activities, foster social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. You'll build meaningful relationships with families, collaborate with a supportive team, and uphold licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with developmental milestones. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families and center leadership. Collaborate with teaching team and center staff to support curriculum and center events. Build positive relationships with children and families through daily communication. Support behavior guidance using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies. Prepare and maintain classroom materials, learning centers, and daily routines. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Follow all licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies and procedures.
