This role helps create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children and families through daily support and care.
Responsibilities:
Greet children and parents during daily drop-off and pick-up Maintain school and front gates for arrival and dismissal Safely receive and release children to authorized adults Assist teachers in classrooms with supervision and activities Serve lunches and snacks Maintain campus and classroom cleanliness Support daily routines while ensuring safety and care Communicate respectfully with families and staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma required 45-hour childcare training/coursework required Friendly, gentle, and nurturing demeanor Reliable and safety-focused Enjoys working with young children Previous childcare experience preferred but not required CDA preferred CPR certification required within 90 days of hire Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
