KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to support early learners in our St. Augustine center. In this role, you will create engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. You'll maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, supervise children closely, and communicate regularly with families about progress and daily experiences. Working within KinderCare's collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll follow licensing and safety standards, participate in ongoing training, and help shape a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, following health, safety, and licensing guidelines. Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families. Monitor and document children's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians. Collaborate with center staff to align curriculum and daily routines. Support inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
