Job Description

Full-Time | 2025-2026 School Year Victory Preparatory School is a private Christian school committed to educating the whole child spiritually, academically, and socially. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated preschool and elementary teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year.
Position Summary:
The teacher will be responsible for leading a self-contained classroom of students. The teacher will provide instruction across core academic subjects, integrate biblical principles into daily lessons, and cultivate a classroom environment that promotes respect, academic excellence, and a love for Christ.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with school curriculum and state standards Integrate a biblical worldview into all subject areas Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents Collaborate with colleagues on grade-level planning and school initiatives Participate in chapel, staff meetings, parent conferences, and school events Uphold the mission and values of
Victory Preparatory School Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (preferred) Prior experience teaching upper elementary or primary grades Strong classroom management and communication skills A mature Christian faith and a heart for ministry through education
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with faith-based education Familiarity with Abeka, BJU Press, or similar Christian curricula Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school community
