KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Barna KinderCare center, supporting children's growth through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning. In this role, you will plan engaging lessons, foster social-emotional development, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. You'll build strong relationships with families through regular communication and progress updates. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, assess, and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about progress and classroom events. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
