Infant Room Teacher — Yulee Baptist Learning Center Yulee Baptist Learning Center is looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic Infant Room Teacher to join our team! We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with infants and understands how important those first years are. Our ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, responsible, and able to create a safe and loving environment where babies can learn, grow, and feel secure.

What You'll Do:

Provide loving, attentive care to infants throughout the day Follow individual feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules Plan and provide age-appropriate activities and experiences Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Communicate with parents about their child's day and development Complete daily reports and classroom documentation Follow all DCF licensing and center policies Work as a team with other teachers and administration

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with infants or young children CDA preferred or willingness to obtain one Dependable and punctual Patient, nurturing, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements A genuine love for working with children
