Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to create a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment conducive to learning. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to Montessori standards. Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using observations and standardized testing methods; communicate findings effectively with parents and guardians.
