KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Alpharetta center to create inspiring early learning experiences for young children. In this role, you will plan and lead age-appropriate activities, foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. You'll partner closely with families, provide regular updates on children's progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans supporting early childhood development. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and events. Follow state, licensing, and Kinder Care safety and compliance standards. Support inclusive practices and positive behavior guidance. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
