Duties:

Implement lesson plans as directed by the regular teacher, ensuring continuity of instruction. Manage classroom behavior & schedule effectively to create a respectful and conducive learning environment. Support students in their academic pursuits. Communicate effectively with students & staff. Foster a caring environment for all students. Interview & Background check required.

(Monday through Thursday) 8:15am-1:30pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar. Hours vary per week. Substitutes may accept or decline requests. ​​​​Requirements for

Position:

A Mature Christian with a strong knowledge of the Bible and agreeing with Concord Baptist Church's doctrinal beliefs. Be an Active (regular attender) member of a church that has the same doctrinal beliefs as Concord Baptist Church. Have a high school diploma. Proficient computer skills. Experience in a preschool, child care center, kindergarten, elementary school grades, or a church setting. Be comfortable filling in for lead classroom teacher. Must have a sincere love for children and be able to relate to children joyfully and sensitively Background and reference checks will be performed prior to employment. CPR / Fire Safety Training will be provided if needed.

Pay:
