We are a unique pediatric therapy clinic looking for a caring, dependable, and dedicated individual to provide childcare services for our staff's children while they work. Schedule Monday-Thursday:

9:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:

10:00 AM-3:00 PM Please only apply if you are able to consistently meet this scheduling need. Reliability and consistent availability during these hours are essential for this position. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care to children of various ages, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun, such as crafts, games, reading, and play. Supervise playtime and ensure children are playing safely. Assist with meals and snacks, including preparation and cleanup. Follow specific instructions, routines, and preferences provided by parents. Maintain a clean and organized play area, including regularly sanitizing toys and surfaces. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's needs, behavior, or any incidents. Create a positive, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children while their parents are working. Requirements Previous childcare experience is strongly preferred. Must be reliable, responsible, patient, and have a genuine love for working with children. Must be able to consistently work the required Monday-Friday schedule listed above. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and actively engage with children at their level. Ability to manage multiple children and age groups in a safe and attentive manner. Benefits Consistent weekday schedule. No weekends.
