Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early education principles. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement. Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and emotional growth. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Clean snd sanitize assigned areas daily. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for every child. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing atmosphere. Certification in first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergencies is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members seamlessly. Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children's growth through engaging activities.
