KinderCare seeks dedicated Teachers for our McDonough center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this on-site role, you will design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment. You'll build strong relationships with families through regular communication and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning, behavior, and needs. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and classroom management. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
