Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Duties:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for toddler children
• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Provide individualized attention to each child
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive curriculum

Experience:

• CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
• Familiarity with literacy education, physical education, and math concepts
• Experience in childcare, tutoring, or toddler care is a plus
• Understanding of special education needs in early childhood
