Our ABA-based Special Purpose Preschool helps children ages 3-5 develop the social, communication, behavioral, and academic skills they need for kindergarten readiness and lifelong success. We are seeking caring, energetic, and dependable Child Care Workers to join our team in Tifton, Georgia and support young children ages 3-5 with developmental and behavioral needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to build a career in early childhood education, special education, ABA, or behavioral health. You'll work alongside Special Education Teachers, Educational Technicians, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a collaborative, supportive environment where training and professional growth are encouraged. Our team combines education and behavioral health services to provide individualized support in a structured, nurturing environment.

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges desired.
