Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM This position will provide classroom support throughout the day and help where needed. The teacher may work in different classrooms, assist with daily routines, and provide afternoon and closing coverage. Responsibilities Supervise children and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Assist with age-appropriate activities and daily classroom routines. Support different classrooms as needed. Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, transitions, and cleanup. Help maintain appropriate classroom ratios and follow Iowa childcare licensing requirements. Work respectfully and professionally with children, families, and staff. Assist with afternoon and closing duties. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled shifts. Qualifications Caring, patient, dependable, and responsible. Enjoys working with children. Able to work well with different age groups and classroom teams. Childcare, daycare, preschool, babysitting, nanny, or classroom experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to complete required training. Must complete required childcare training and background checks. We Are Looking For Someone Who Is dependable and consistently arrives on time. Is flexible and comfortable working in different classrooms. Works well as part of a team. Treats children and coworkers with patience and respect. Is willing to learn and follow center policies and licensing requirements.
