The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, physical education, and overall childhood development. Manage classroom activities effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, including those requiring early intervention or additional support. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a collaborative educational atmosphere. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
