Our infant room is home to 8 little ones ranging from 6 weeks to 11 months old. If you love baby giggles, tiny socks, and never knowing exactly what the next five minutes will bring, this may be the position for you. This is not a "sit at a desk" kind of job. Our infant teachers spend their days: changing diapers at record speed rocking babies to sleep preparing snacks and bottles wiping noses and cleaning messes reminding little ones to use gentle hands giving hugs to babies who are heartbroken one minute and laughing the next tracking diaper changes, food intake, nap time, and play time fun in timely manner working closely with families and teammates to provide excellent care The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, communicates well with others, and has a good sense of humor, because sometimes the baby you just changed will immediately need another diaper.
