We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with kids through play, conversation, and nurturing support. You'll help guide daily routines, assist with fun indoor and outdoor activities, and ensure a clean, safe, and loving environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and excited about helping children learn and grow. Prior experience is a plus, and you must meet Iowa childcare requirements and pass all background checks. If you're ready to make a difference in children's lives while being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! Our childcare facility is open 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday. As a full-time employee, the expectation is that you are available to start work at 6:00 am OR that you will close the center and your shift will end at 6:00 pm.
